08262024 Velocity Basin Milky Way Shoot Group

It was a beautiful night. The MW was super bright.

It was nice to get out and shoot some astro. I don't do it often enough. This image was created with my Z7ii +Nikkor 14-24mm lens. I just did a quick-and-dirty-edit and may come back and hit it with a little luminosity. The rest of the exif data is listed below:

Foreground (3 images focus-stacked): ISO 100, f/10, 6s, 14mm

Sky (1 image): ISO 6400, f/2.8, 15s, 14 mm

I'm not thrilled with this, but it was good practice making the blend of the sky and the blue hour foreground. How does the reflection in the water look? I think the stars are slightly out of focus, I have a terrible time getting stars in focus on my Nikon Z7II.
