Let's head up to Silverton to do the Old 100 Mine Tour and then we'll go look for moose, marmot and pika. You can do both or either of these events. If you don't want to do the mine tour, meet us at the mine at 5pm.

About the Event
I've heard the mine tour is great so I thought we'd try that out (~$30 entry). They allow flash photography in the mine. No reservations are needed.
Moose are known to hang out in Cunningham Gulch near the mine. We can also look for moose at Mineral Creek Rd on the other side of Silverton from the mine.
FYI, Golden hour is 6:36 to 7:27pm. Sunset is at 7:21pm. Moonrise is at 11:12pm. MW will be visible from 8:21pm til the moon comes up.
We can have dinner in Silverton if you like. Otherwise, bring snacks.
Bring a mid-range lens for the tour and a big lens for shooting wildlife. Wide angle lens and a tripod if you plan to shoot the night sky.
