The Durango Photography Club is a place for photographers at all levels to learn, exchange ideas, and practice our craft.
We’d love for you to join us at our informative meetings and on our photography outings!
"Putting on a Gallery Show"
Discussing calls for entry, contracts, curating, pricing, printing, marketing and basics of social media for photographers
Giclée and Printing
Explanation of Giclée, discussing archival materials and producing fine art photographic prints. She will have examples and samples available.
Next Image Share Theme:
Ménage à Trois - compositions that feature groupings of three objects or elements in any setting or genre. This will be a competition with a voting for the image which most closely fits the theme.
Bring up to 3 images (no watermarks for this share) on a jump drive.
Join us in the Community Room at TBK Bank in Durango (259 West 9th Street). Casual conversation starts at 6:30 pm and our program runs from 7-9.
We meet nine months of the year on the third Thursday evening (skipping December and holding our annual celebration dinner in May).
Each meeting features a topic in photography and includes time for conversation and image sharing with other photographers.
Meetings are free and visitors are welcome!
For news about meetings, follow us on Facebook.
Members schedule group activities to have fun and learn from one another as we photograph.
