The Durango Photography Club is a place for photographers at all levels to learn, exchange ideas, and practice our craft.

We meet eleven months of the year - skipping December.

We’d love for you to join us at our informative meetings and on our photography outings.  Check out the Events menu item above to see all our upcoming events.

Meeting location will be in the Lightner Room (East Exhibit Hall, 2nd floor) at the La Plata Country Fairgrounds (2500 Main Ave., Durango, CO).

Image Share !

The main feature of all our meetings is to have an image-share (no theme, no voting) of up to 3 images you're excited about and want to share with during the meeting.  

​

During the image share, you will be invited to share about how you captured and edited your images; equipment, technique or location

​

Email photos no later than (no image share in March) to:

durangophotoclub@gmail.com 

​

Photos are to be named using the following format:

"IS"-"Month Abbrev/Year"-Title-submitter's initials.

Example:     "IS-Jan22-Winding_Road-der"

​

If you are interested in having the club critique or give constructive feedback on

 submitted photos, please name it using the following format:

"C"-Title-submitter's initials.

Example:     "C-Winding_Road-der"
